Morrisey’s vaccine mandate met with fractured, confused response as state law remains unchanged

State lawmakers didn’t pass a bill to loosen West Virginia’s strict childhood immunization requirements. Gov. Patrick Morrisey, however, says his executive order doing the same is enough to permit religious exemptions for students.
